We currently ship to the UK, Europe, and the United States.

All of our products are made to order, which helps reduce waste and ensures each item is created especially for you.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days

  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer

UK Shipping

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch

US Shipping

  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and weight

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or peak periods.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (US Orders)

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes.

These charges:

  • Are determined by US customs

  • Are the responsibility of the customer

  • Are not included in the product price or shipping cost

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Returns & Issues

As our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
